Some roofs are beyond restoration and re-roofing is the only option. This involves replacing your existing roof with a new roof. A new roof construction is an investment that not only improves the appearance of your home but also increases its value. PJ Coatings can re-roof your home with metal Colorbond®, Zincalume®, Custom Orb®, or traditional terracotta or cement tiles. It includes replacing metal or tiled roofs.
We have a five-step procedure for superior Roof Construction.
What is our five-step procedure?
- Remove & dispose of the old roof
- Install new roof battens (if necessary)
- Install Anticon or Insulation blanket. Anticon and Insulation provide heat & sound insulation as well as preventing condensation forming on the underside of the sheeting, which is particularly beneficial during winter
- Install new Colorbond®, Zincalume® or Custom Orb® sheeting.
- Install any cappings or flashings required.
If disposal bins, placards, safety tape or scaffolding is required, PJ Coatings will undertake the responsibility for relevant equipment and permits, where applicable.
